Ginger Ehmann has earned degrees from Westmont College (B.S. Biology) and UNC-Chapel Hill (Ph.D. Genetics and Molecular Biology); and is the mother of two, oldest now in high school. She loves camping, hiking, and kayaking.

Jordan & Rebekah Lassiter
Jordan has completed degrees at Appalachian State University (B.S & B.A.) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.A.). Rebekah Lassiter completed her B.A. at Appalachian State University, including a teaching certificate. The Lassiters love their two sons.

Ron & Betsy Manila
Ron earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering at Carnegie Mellon and a masters in environmental engineering at Duke. Betsy completed an undergraduate degree in English at UNC-Greensboro, and a master’s degree at Gordon Conwell. Together they worked in various community development projects in Central Asia for 25 years before returning to Durham. They have 4 children, 2 now working or studying at university and 2 at home with them who are also eager to meet international students.
